Gurko Street
Gurko is the most pictorial street of Renaissance Veliko Tarnovo. It has a lot of restored old buildings . The houses are very close to each other, piled up one over another in a facinating way. Hostel Pashov is actually located on Gurko Str.

Tzarevec Hill
Tarnovgrad (Veliko Tarnovo) was the capital of the Bulgarian kingdom from 1185 to 1393. The administrative and religious life of the capital was concentrated on Tzarevec and the hill is protected by 1100 m long fortress wall. Tzarevec is on walking distance from Hostel Pashov.
